DIRECTIONS

Run At The Rock Event:

From Interstate 40/85,
take exit #145 (Hwy 49) south 6 miles toward Liberty. We will have "Run At The Rock" signs at the 145 exit and along Highway 49 directing you to the parking area. Stress Free!

Caution: DO NOT use Mapquest. You will end up on a dead end street. Long story.

Packet Pick Up Directions: 
From I-85/40 take exit # 140 and go north ¼ mile, turn left in to the shopping center.  Omega sports is located on the right side close to Old Navy.
